Montana, "The Last Best Place"

While i was in San Diego my dad and i decided that it would be fun to surprise my mom for her birthday with a visit from us. Boy was she surprised, she had no idea we were coming! It was a short trip, about 3 days all together but SO worth it. While Hayden hung out with my dad ALL DAY OUTSIDE, my mom & I sewed up a storm! My mom & dad bought this place about 9yrs ago i think and added on like crazy. They even added a detached garage/work shop/guest house above. With my dad's woodworking skills and my moms killer interior design skills, they have made quite a home there! This first picture is of the view from the quest house balcony (one of the 3 balcony's)

The kitchen in the guest house

Hayden's favorite part of the guest house...the mountain lion!

The living area in the guest house

This is what is looks like from the outside, plus papa & Hayden on the quad

An apron that my mom & I made together

Hayden loved the stream, Papa even caught him by it alone trying to cross the logs! dangerous considering how fast it moves and how deep it gets in certain spots!

Riding the quad across the stream

Callin loved the little jumperoo my parents have there. when he wasnt sleeping, he was jumpin.
