Callin, A.K.A. Bug or as Hayden calls him, Buggy, is almost 10 months old now! He brings such a special presence to our family. He is ALWAYS smiling! About a month ago he started to crawl and MAN is he in to everything! He DOES NOT stop from the moment you put him on the floor. It's like on to the next best thing, one after another. He is such an easy going baby though. I feel like Heavenly Father made it up to me with this one after dealing with Hayden as a baby. Hayden was SO much more needy and colicky (i guess).
Last week sometime Callin was blocked in to the family room so i could get some stuff done in the kitchen and he some how fell down and hit his forehead on one of the chairs that was keeping him contained and split his head open. (It wasn't bad at all but Hayden never did this kind of stuff so it kind of freaked me out!) 
Callin used to be such a GOOD sleeper but ever since he figured out how to get around he feels like taking naps is such a waste of time. Instead he spends nap time playing with the curtains, banging on the wall, jumping in his crib, and screaming at me to get him out! Hopefully it will get old after awhile and he will resume his former demeanor of Angel-like-ness for sleeping.

He also has a new Best Friend, Bruiser our yellow lab. His favorite thing to do it sit in front of the sliding glass door and talk to him, whack him with his toy hammer, and feel him lick him through the screen. It's TOO CUTE!

Poor little guy! I hope his head is ok?! I love the stage when they start crawling, it seems they are a lot happier when they can move.
SO darn cute! That first picture he looks so much like you and the last picture he looks a ton like Nate. I can't get enough of that smile.
