Hayden has been asking Nate and i for a long time now if he could have bunk beds. A friend of mine posted a link to this AWESOME blog where she gives you plans for all kinds of furniture from Pottery Barn and The Land of Nod for you to make yourself (instead of paying those mighty high prices) It's called: Knockoffwood.blogspot.com So Nate and i finally took the plunge and made Hayden bunk beds. We spent about $200 and they look pretty darn good if i say so myself! I'm proud of us! Now i just need to decide if I'm going to paint them or stain them. P.S. The bed rails aren't on yet in this photo.

Great job. I've been wanting to tackle something off of Knock off Wood for the longest time. I think Jason and I are going to build one of the kitchen tables. I'm super excited about it.
